Return Policy

You can deliver the product you want to return, together with the invoice, to the Cargo branches.

You can return a product with its invoice or delivery note within 7 days after receiving it. However, after 7 days, no refund can be made.

The product/products you want to return must be packed completely and undamaged together with the box, packaging, standard accessories, if any, labeled and invoice.

After your package reaches us, its compliance with the return conditions is checked. If the product complies with the return conditions, the return process is completed within 7 days. If the product does not comply with the return conditions, it will be sent back to your address by informing you.

The time it takes for the refunded amount to reflect on your card depends on the bank. If you paid with a credit card, it usually reflects on your card within 1-3 business days, although it varies according to the banks. For debit cards, the time for the refund to be reflected in your account is longer.
